As a PGCE-certified educator and qualified change management practitioner, Jonathan leads a team of client service managers and consultants. His expertise lies in orchestrating successful large-scale change endeavors and ensuring seamless adoption and optimisation of the Instructure Learning Ecosystem.

Jess currently oversees the EMEA Services Portfolio, ensuring top-tier learning consultancy and training for clients while continuously striving for excellence in educational innovation.

With over 15 years of experience in education, teaching, and training roles, with a particular focus on adolescent health within the NGO and charity sector, Richard has established himself as a leader in educational innovation. He led a commercial Training and Education business, spearheading the adoption of Canvas as part of a comprehensive digital-focused change strategy.

Richard has provided learning and implementation consultancy to over 100 Canvas-user organisations, showcasing his expertise in facilitating effective educational transitions.

As the Lead Project Manager for all EMEA Customer Implementations, he specialises in cohort-style implementations, ensuring seamless transitions for clients. Richard holds qualifications in PRINCE2 Foundation Project Management and is a qualified teacher, further enhancing his ability to drive impactful educational initiatives.

With over 24 years of experience in UK Higher Education and more than 4 years in the EdTech sector, Danny is dedicated to enhancing the global learning and teaching experience.

As a Senior Services Consultant at Instructure, Danny utilises his extensive expertise in LMS management, change management, and educational pedagogy to offer strategic and technical guidance. His goal is to assist institutions in optimising their adoption and utilisation of Ed-Tech systems at all levels.

Danny's background includes developing and delivering engaging learning materials and technologies across various subjects and platforms, both offline and online. His deep understanding of pedagogies and best practices ensures a consistent, high-quality student experience.

His expertise includes serving as a Project Manager for numerous E-Learning programs at institutions such as Griffiths University, National University of Singapore, University of Groningen, University of Amsterdam, and University of Massachusetts.

Edwin holds a Dr. in Biochemistry and Chemistry from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, a post-doctoral program in IT specialisation, and E-business consultancy training. With 8 years of experience in teaching and school leadership roles, including positions as Deputy Head of Secondary, Head of Secondary, and Head of Innovation at an online school, Emily possesses a unique blend of pedagogical expertise and technical proficiency.

Having led the Canvas implementation and digital learning strategy, Emily is adept at leveraging technology to enhance educational experiences. As a Services Consultant at Instructure, she empowers institutions to implement the Instructure Learning Platform and drive institution-wide change, adoption, and innovation. Drawing upon her background in virtual school settings and as an Agile Project Management Practitioner, Emily collaborates closely with stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that elevate teaching and learning experiences.

Paul joined our team as a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in October 2023, bringing with him 16 years of rich experience in Higher Education. Throughout his career as an academic developer and teacher, Paul has dedicated himself to enhancing educational practices to benefit students' learning experiences. He has been instrumental in the continuous development and enhancement of digital capabilities for both staff and students.

In 2017, Paul spearheaded the rollout of Canvas at his institution, placing himself at the forefront of a significant cultural shift in digital learning environments. His leadership in this area has paved the way for innovative educational practices and improved digital integration.

Paul holds a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education, underscoring his commitment to educational excellence. In recognition of his impactful contributions, he was awarded a Principal Fellowship from Advance HE in 2023.

Inma is a clinical and educational psychologist. She has 10 years of experience in the educational field in Europe and the USA in K-12 and Higher Ed. She has been using Canvas since 2015 in various roles. Currently, she is a Customer Success Manager overseeing the Spain, Portugal, and Italy regions since August 2022.
