Ricardo Recinos is a proud Technology TOSA in Hacienda La Puente Unified School District and a supervising instructor for John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth. His role includes training teachers and administrators on all things Tech. As an MIE Expert, College Board consultant, and AP Reader, he presents across the globe at various conferences and professional development events. He is the co-founder of Transformational Tech which broadcasts across several platforms weekly to provide trainings and deep conversations with educational stakeholders. He is a lead for CTA Region 3 ILC project.

Technology TOSA

Teresa Magpayo Castro is a Technology Instructional Coach and Teacher on Special Assignment for Hacienda La Puente Unified School District, and adjunct professor for Claremont Graduate University. Her tech team conducts professional development for teachers and admin levels PreK-12 on. Teresa actively presents at numerous conferences and universities and is featured on the CTA California Educator Magazine alongside her partner, Ricardo Recinos. She is the co-founder of Transformational Tech which provides weekly trainings for educators around the globe on several broadcasting platforms covering all things ed tech.
