InstructureCon registration includes access to all sessions and the Expo Hall, as well as entertainment, meals, and networking opportunities. Registration does not include lodging, but a discounted room rate at the Venetian Resort is available for attendees.

How much does it cost to attend, and what comes with the ticket?

• $985 Standard Registration

The ticket cost includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes and all breakout sessions. For meals, tickets include the welcome reception on Tuesday; Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Thursday, breakfast and lunch.

Registration pricing does not include sleeping room nights, which are booked by the end user directly with the hotel (leveraging our discounted room block rate).

Will speakers receive a registration discount?

Selected presenters will receive a 50% discount or reimbursement on their InstructureCon ’24 registration fees.

What is the substitution policy?

Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before May 30, 2024. Substitution requests for individuals outside the institution will not be granted.
