Join us for the 2025 Western Canada Canvas Caravan Event hosted at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. This immersive 1-day event will explore the latest innovations transforming the higher ed landscape in Canada.
This year’s theme, “Embracing Transformation: Teaching Smarter with Canvas” focuses on practical strategies and actionable insights that empower educators to enhance teaching efficiency without increasing workload. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow instructors, instructional designers, and administrators across Western Canada as we explore best practices, time-saving techniques, and cutting-edge features within Canvas.
Whether you're a Canvas veteran, considering a new LMS, or interested in continuing to expand on your teaching best practices, this is your opportunity to stay ahead of the curve. Leave inspired with actionable ideas to elevate the academic experience at your institution.

Lister Centre is located at 87 Avenue and 116 Street. Simply navigate to visitor parking lot M, just a few steps from the Lister Centre. Head to the Maple Leaf Room on the second floor and look for the conference registration area.

There is a dedicated visitor parking lot M, in front of the conference centre. Hourly rate of $4.50, Daily Maximum $15.00. Plug-in stalls available/ accessibility parking available.
