Share your best practices, showcase your success story, and be part of our amazing content line-up. Submit your proposal below by February 28, and we'll let you know by March 14th if it has been selected.
Submission Requirements
Call for proposals is open until February 28, 2025.
To submit a proposal for consideration, please use the form below. Your proposal must include:
- Name, title, organization, and contact information
- Session format, presentation topic and intended audience
- Session title
- Session abstract. The abstract will be included in the conference program and should clearly describe what will be covered in your session. The more specific, the better!
- Key takeaways for your audience. Describe what attendees can expect to learn from your session, and be sure to list any resources you plan to provide.
Proposal Details
Session Formats
- Breakout Session (40 minutes): A standard presentation featuring how to’s, covering best practices, or sharing a use case. The session can include multiple presenters and be as interactive as you wish, but should include time for Q&A.
- Peer-led Workshop (40 minutes): Roundtable discussion to facilitate interactive learning opportunities
- Poster (presented during a 60-minute timeframe in the Exhibit Hall): Poster presentations are visual conversation starters. Presenters should expect to demonstrate their knowledge on a topic or research and engage with attendees one-on-one or in small groups.

When will I find out if my proposal has been selected?
We will send an email notification regarding your proposal on March 14, 2025.
How will proposals be chosen?
All proposals will be reviewed and evaluated by the InstructureCon programming steering committee. The committee considers many factors, including the relevance of the topic, the usefulness of the information, originality, and the potential impact the presentation may have on attendees.
Will speakers receive a registration discount?
Selected presenters will receive a 50% discount or reimbursement on their InstructureCon ’25 registration fees. Please note: only one discount will be given per presentation selected.
