Registration FAQs
How much does it cost to attend, and what comes with the ticket?
- $785 USD Early Bird- Register by March 28th.
- $985 USD Standard Registration
The cost of the ticket includes full access to the Exhibit Hall, keynotes and all breakout sessions. For meals it includes welcome reception on Tuesday; Wednesday breakfast, lunch and dinner; Thursday, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Registration pricing does not include sleeping room nights, which are booked by the end user directly with a link received in your confirmation email (leveraging our discounted room block rate).
Is there a room block available for lodging and how do I book my hotel?
Room blocks are available at several hotels within walking distance of the Spokane Convention Center. You will receive a booking link after you have registered for the conference.

Where do people register?
To register, please visit the Registration page.
Can attendees register multiple people by an invoice/PO?
Yes. You can register up to 10 people on one invoice and submit payment by credit card.
Are you offering a pass for family members and kids to attend certain events?
This year, we will be offering a Guest Pass and Kids Pass for family members of attendees. These ticket types will appear on the registration page.
Will speakers receive a registration discount?
Selected presenters will receive a 50% discount or reimbursement on their InstructureCon ’25 registration fees.
Please note: one discount will be given per presentation selected and the discount is taken off the standard registration price of $985 USD.
Is there a group discount?
A group discount will be offered for 5 (+) attendees from the same institution. The discount will be 20% off standard registration—$788 USD per ticket.
Please note: This discount is not available during early bird pricing. Early bird pricing ends on March 28, 2025.
Is there a new customer discount?
The same pricing applies to everyone, customers new and old.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing according to the following schedule. Please note - attendees are responsible for making any lodging changes:
- On or before May 1, 2025: 100% refund
- May 2, 2024 through June 27, 2025: 50% refund
- June 27, 2025 or later: No refund will be issued. (No-shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.)
What is the substitution policy?
Attendee substitutions from the same company may be made at any time at no charge before May 30, 2025. Substitution requests for individuals outside the company will not be granted.
How do attendees notify you of dietary restrictions?
