We’re excited for you to join us in Las Vegas to connect with our community and showcase your solutions! Please use the form below to register your employees for InstructureCon passes, Expo Hall passes, and any Partner Summit passes that you purchased through your sponsorship.

InstructureCon sponsorship includes Expo Hall passes, and some sponsorship levels include full conference passes. Please refer to the information below when registering your employees. Sponsors also can purchase additional Conference, Expo Hall, and Partner Summit passes using the registration form. Registration does not include lodging, but a discounted room rate at the Venetian Resort is available. Your registration confirmation email will include hotel booking instructions.
Sponsor Registration
The Instructure partner team will provide you with a code that allows you and your team members to register for conference and Exhibit Hall passes. As a sponsor, you must fill in the registration form details, add your code to the "promo code" section, and click apply. Once registered, you'll receive a registration email detailing how to book your room at the Venetian Hotel.

When and where is InstructureCon this year?
July 9-11, 2024, at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.
How do I book/make edits to my hotel lodging?
A room block is available at The Venetian and The Palazzo Resorts. You will receive a booking link after you have registered for the conference. The price per night STARTS at $139 plus taxes and resort fees for the program dates of July, 9th, 10th and 11th. Subject to availability. Pre- & post-event date rates will vary based on availability at the time of booking. Please reach out to Heather Archuleta at instconrooms@museem.com should you have any questions.
What does my pass include?
Some sponsorship levels include full conference passes, and all include Expo Hall passes (the number of passes varies depending on sponsorship level).
The Expo Hall pass includes the following meals, but does not include access to sessions.
- Tuesday: Dinner
- Wednesday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Friday: Breakfast and lunch
How do registrants notify you of dietary restrictions?

I’m an Instructure partner. Can I purchase an InstructureCon pass without sponsoring the conference?
Instructure partners that are not sponsoring are invited to attend the Partner Summit on July 8, 2024.
Can I purchase additional passes?
Sponsors can purchase additional Expo Hall passes for $850 or additional full conference passes for $985 if they already have a sponsorship. Vendors may not purchase regular conference passes or attend sessions without first securing a sponsorship.
What is the Partner Summit?
Designed to inspire community, foster connections, and drive innovation, the Partner Summit will take place on July 8, 2024, from 1:00-5:00 pm at the Venetian Resort, with a partner reception to follow. Gain valuable insights, product roadmap and program updates, networking opportunities, and a vision for our partner ecosystem.
Two attendees from each sponsoring company are invited to join us. Passes may be purchased by partners that are not sponsoring InstructureCon, and additional passes may be purchased by sponsors.
