Christopher is an experienced SaaS business leader with over 25 years of sales and business leadership experience. As our regional team leader, he’s focused on helping institutions and businesses drive greater success through the Instructure platform. Christopher has worked with teams all over the world and most recently led Conga’s APAC team, where he grew the businesses by over 300%. He’s also worked for other global companies like Salesforce, Nuance, and Avaya. Christopher has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Kent in the United Kingdom.

Tammy Robinson is the Manager, Learning Technology within the Learning Design & Teaching Innovation Team at the University of Newcastle. The team supports course enhancement initiatives, providing advice on the most appropriate pedagogical approaches for learning in different contexts and technologies, along with managing and supporting core teaching technologies.

Jayde has been a Canvas advocate, Canvas LMS administrator, and Canvas Community Champion for seven years at higher education and vocational education institutions. Most recently Jayde worked as the Lead, Learning Environments team at RMIT University. Jayde joined the Instructure team as  a Customer Success Manager in 2021 and is excited to leverage her knowledge and experience to assist other universities with Canvas adoption and engagement.

Steve Mildner is the Chief Revenue Officer at K16 solutions. His primary duties include detailed work on corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and client relationships. Steve is passionate about solving the most prevalent problems in education technology today.
