Math is such a hard subject for so many student and Mr. Bean makes it fun, exciting, and helps students learn! He takes his summers to work for a summer program for low-income students.

Always supportive, treats everyone equally and believes in you even when you don’t believe in yourself. Greats you with a smile no matter what. The only teacher i’ve ever had that will take time to help me feel confident in the curriculum.

He strives to make sure that learning math is fun. In my summer class, even with four different classes each a different grade, he still managed to do it flawlessly.

This teacher makes learning really fun for the kids! They always listen and respect him. He gets along with all the children creating a special bond with each one. Even the tough children he will take his time and change their life’s for the better.

He inspires us to grow and do our best, he teaches in ways so that each student can learn the material and he makes sure to check in with each student so that everyone gets an equal opportunity to learn and grow.

He is great at teaching the content, as well as relating to the students and keeping it engaging.

Mr. Bean created an amazing learning environment for all students. As a former student, not only did I learn comfortably and confidently in his class, I also made amazing connections with other students with his help. Mr. Bean always smiles.

Mrs. Jones has the ability to make learning fun using her personality and technology. She makes her students feel special and important, and that leads to the students believing in themselves. She is great with technology, and her Canvas is the best.

She inspires students by showing them their skills. She takes the time to get to know her students and makes them curious about A range of subjects. She supports growth by creating a safe space. Anyone can talk to her, and she supports many.

Ms. Jones makes sure to keep her class interactive and fun. Students love to pop in and say hi. She makes everyone feel welcome. During my freshman year, I lost my mom, and Ms. Jones was the only teacher to make sure I was okay.

John is a champion for students, not only through his daily interactions with the kids in his school, but through his state and national advocacy to elevate student voice.

Mr. Schriver is a really smart, nice, and amazing teacher. He always makes subjects like Muscles seem so fun to learn about. He takes the time to make study guides for every test we take. I really enjoy going to Health because of him.

Preston is amazing at helping the kids he is around to have a desire to be active and take care of their bodies. He loves the kids he teaches and because the kids can feel that love and encouragement, they want to do their best to succeed.

Preston takes his job seriously by teaching teenagers the importance of their health. He is kind and encourages questions from his students.

• Mr. Rusch is a very charismatic and motivating instructor who keeps his classes interesting. The welding industry is always promoted to keep students curious. 
• He teaches very well before you do anything he helps you when you are doing the assignments he is funny and treats everyone well.
• Mr. Rusch is a human being just like the rest of his students. He uses very creative ways to relay info to his class and he understands we aren't robots. Mr. Rusch doesn't just teach welding, he is also very passionate about seeing us succeed in life.
• He is a welding teacher, he teaches us skills we might need like reading measurements and welding is a good skill to know.

Kim has been a teacher for 26 years. She loves her students and they see her as a kind and fun teacher.  She is also a die hard Utah Jazz fan and all her students know it. She's a great teacher and an even better person!

She inspires her students by making learning more exciting and challenging them in ways that further their personal and academic development. She also makes sure to give students the chance to show off what they know, helping them build their confidence.

My daughter's father committed suicide while she was in Mrs. Nielson’s class. She empathized with her and helped her get through this tragedy.

Mrs. Truscott puts in countless hours to help her students improve their reading skills. She teaches remedial reading classes and each year, her students average about 3 years worth of growth in their test scores.

She is the most amazing human/teacher I know. If it weren’t for her, my daughter would have to be home-schooled due to extreme separation anxiety. She has gone above and beyond what any teacher should do.

Every morning she greets her students with a big smile or a hug, my daughter is in her class she struggles with autism and severe anxiety. She is so supportive and willing to go the extra mile to help my daughter on every aspect!

This teacher is my favorite, I'm a senior in high school, and I had no clue until I started taking her class, and she has really inspired me to invest in real estate and make something so small into something big.

Through her physical therapy work, Jodi has taught my boys how to go up and down stairs, how to transition from chair to floor, etc. She has helped them build core strength and be more confident. She adjusted their wheelchairs, made them work hard, has given praise, and has been a friend. She is the BEST!

Mrs. Broderick makes every student feel loved which inspires them to work harder.  She points out the positives and has amazing, fun lessons that keep the students engaged. She has 5 class pets that her middle school students adore. She is incredible. I am a parent of one of her students--my son has special needs, and she was amazing with him, and he thrived in a classroom setting more than ever before.  She was life-changing for him!

Charla is data-driven and works like crazy to create fun, exciting lessons for all students in her grade level. She was integral in helping our school get out of Comprehensive School Improvement status and is still pushing to improve teaching, always!
